Excellent service, every request we made through the design process was dealt with professionally and as a result, we have an excellent website and customer experience.

I needed a website to be developed for a small organisation and therefore the corresponding website also needed to be small, i.e. 5-6 pages. A Word based mock-up was submitted to Eldo Web Design and following a telephone discussion the development started. The finished result was produced in less that 2 weeks and not only did it reflect exactly what I was trying to put across, in terms of look and feel, but its appearance is as if it was designed for a much bigger organisation. Nathan has gone above and beyond in helping me out, which was completely out of his remit; after asking this company to redesign my website, I’ve had issues with my email, which clearly was an issue with Microsoft, not a web design issue. Nathan went the extra mile to help with this after countless hours of trying to resolve it myself. Working with Eldo for our new website was as easy as could be. I provided a specification of what we needed and what we would like and Eldo delivered on all of it in the quoted timeframe and budget. We came to Eldo after a false start with another company, that left us frustrated and disillusioned with the project.
