From the beginning, I have found Scott’s approach to our project to be of a very high standard. As a small business, having a designer that listens to and understands our needs exactly was essential and Scott did that time and time again. He is excellent at communicating clearly what is going on, what the issues are and the options to solve them. How We Built the Beausoleil Website.
We designed and developed a bespoke website for Beausoleil, a Carp Fishing business based in Bretagne Region, France. The aim was to create a clear, professional online presence that reflects the business properly, supports its users and gives the team a website they can continue to manage with confidence.
The Brief
Beausoleil had an existing site that just wasn’t working for them anymore. Hard to edit, outdated and not the tool they needed to help grow the business and show off their fantastic service and facilities (the lake is gorgeous!). The new site has strong branding throughout, a blog for tips and tricks, galleries arranged into monthly pages and an updated booking system that saves the team time and makes booking for customers super simple.
The Solution
As a client, Beausoleil were fully involved throughout the project giving valuable insight and allowing us to fully tailor the site and its admin section to their needs. After sending over a one-page ‘look and feel’ for the guys to look over we designed and built the rest of the site directly in the browser. This allowed for continuous client feedback to get everything perfect. We had some great discussions throughout the project, which helped shape the final structure and make sure the site worked properly for the people using it.
The Result
As with all of our sites, they are bespoke from the ground up, so as Beausoleil continue to grow we can add any new layouts or make any changes needed, quickly and effectively.
