Working with Eldo for our new website was as easy as could be. I provided a specification of what we needed and what we would like and Eldo delivered on all of it in the quoted timeframe and budget. There were a few items that couldn't be delivered in the way we had specified but Eldo made some excellent recommendations based on their experience which worked out perfectly.
For on-going support they are perfect in my view, I merely have to pose the problem and the team at Eldo come back with a solution (cometimes more than one depending on the requirements) which makes it easier for me to make a decision.
As far as web design goes Eldo do all the heavy lifting so I don't have to, it makes my life easier in keeping the site running and peace of mind that allows me to focus on my the rest of my workload.
