Scott was excellent in helping us design and launch our website. His experience in web design was apparent and he was able to meet and exceed our expectations. The whole process was stress-free, from the first point of contact with Scott all the way to our launch we had excellent communication, the quick replies were extremely helpful without editing of our website. Any queries we had he was more than happy to help out. Even after our website had launched he helped us to set up new email addresses for our company which was a great help to us! How We Built the Kennet Serviced Apartments Website.
We designed and developed a bespoke website for Kennet Serviced Apartments, a Serviced Apartments business based in Reading, Berkshire. The aim was to create a clear, professional online presence that reflects the business properly, supports its users and gives the team a website they can continue to manage with confidence.
The Brief
Kennet Serviced Apartments already had a website when they reached out to us. It was made using Wix.com and as with lots of Wix websites we see, it came with lots of issues. Hard to edit, inconsistent design and layouts and poor SEO. Kennet Serviced Apartments were at a crossroads and weren’t entirely sure what they needed out of their website or the best course of action so we jumped on a call to see how we could help.
The Solution
It became clear early on that they needed a ‘showcase’ website that allowed users to book using existing third party links. Another option was to build a full booking website but they already had this functionality through dedicated booking websites so, a showcase website, well designed with great calls to action was a no-brainer. We also redesigned Kennet Serviced Apartment’s logo for this project, giving them a strong brand identity and something they can now be proud of. The website allows for easy editing. Adding a new apartment takes minutes with simple tick boxes, text fields and drag and drop image upload. They can then add their booking links, click update and the apartment is ready for the world to see and book!
The Result
Kennet Serviced Apartments now has a clearer website that presents its serviced apartments clearly, helps visitors find the right information and gives the team a flexible platform they can keep up to date.
