Time flies when you’re having fun and things can move quicker than you think. It wasn’t that long ago we last refreshed the website, November 2015, to be exact and a lot has happened since. We have our shiny office (we’ve been here almost a year now), and as of next month we have three official employees and one steady freelancer. So many people, we are moving to a bigger, shinier office!
In a nutshell, as time has gone on the company has transitioned from a freelance setup to a full grown limited company. The website needed to change to reflect this too.
Our identity is even stronger in the new website
The refresh offers a stronger brand, more context and a bit more silliness! We still have our little nuggets of fun in here as before, check out the contact form or the 404 page, for example.
We do things very differently at Eldo Web Design compared to many other design agencies and we need to make sure we get that across. Our new ‘why us’ section on the home page is designed to hopefully get across these differences, straight off the bat. Analytics show us that users go straight to our ‘projects’ page in most cases, so it was important for us to explain who we are early on in their journey. After all, most design agencies have a good looking portfolio, don’t they? They’re not likely to put the bad ones up…
